AGM and elections

AGM and elections will be taking place on the 4th March in Bar zest (tbc). Please feel free to come along and vote and give your opinions about this year so far.

Annual dinner payments due

Please get the rest of the money that you owe to Steph or Debs by the 9th March latest. You also need to choose your food order from the below choices

Starters: Chicken and bacon salad OR Pate with chutney and ciabatta OR Mozzerella and tomato salad

Mains: Lemon chicken OR Pork with mustard mash OR Stilton gnocci

Dessert: Lemon tart with berries OR Chocolate brownie

Annual Dinner

For those of you who haven't been to one before, annual dinner is an awesome weekend climbing trip that combines a formal meal and a hotel stay!

Price tbc, but approx £50-£60

This includes...
- Travel
- Use of the pool and sauna
- 3 course meal
- Disco
- Double/twin room
- Proper slap up breakfast (mmm)

I personally cannot recommend this weekend enough, especially if you haven't made a trip yet. Climbing outdoors and the benefit of a lovely shower/sauna before dinner... brilliant!

There are around 40 spaces for freshers and bums so confirm your place asap. Partners are welcome, and it would be great if they are up for climbing.

Ex-bums are welcome if you can arrange transportation

Don't forget your frock/tux!

Leaders weekend

A quick heads up that there will be another trip at the end of term to Wales where you can try out your newly acquired trad leading skills.

The trip will be two days long staying in Eric's barn with food provided as before. The date is tbc!
